The Perdomo Estate Seleccion boxes are much nicer than the average cigar box, and they present your pens very well. This time, I have squeezed two decks into the box, with individual suedecloth lined pen compartments for five pens on each level – total of ten pens, up to 8 3/8″ long.
The box retains its original gloss black exterior with gold logo. I have stained the interior with Minwax “Gunstock” which is a lovely reddish brown. The pen compartments are lined with black suedecloth and will show off your pens to their very best.
The Perdomo Estate Seleccion Double Decker is priced at SOLD. If you are interested, please click here to email me for a shipping cost quote. Be sure to include your location or ZIP code.

With Ten Pens
Here’s a matched pair of Perdomo Lot 23 boxes – Toro and Gordito – that are just the combination for pens and ink. The photos show them exactly as I received them, which is unfinished wood on the inside. I will stain the inside to closely match the exterior as shown in a picture below of one I did some time ago.
The Perdomo Lot 23 Toro measures 9 1/4″ by 7 1/2″ by 2″ and will hold 9-10 pens up to six inches long. The Gordito measures 8 1/2″ by 6″ by 3″ outside and 7 1/2″ by 4 1/2″ by 3″ inside. It is not quite deep enough for Noodler’s bottles, but will hold most any others.
The pair will look quite nice on your desk, holding pens and ink at the ready. I even noticed that they stack very well, and my usual 2mm foam on the bottoms will keep them from slipping or marring a surface.
You will have your choice of interior lining color.
In addition to the dark colored pair, I have one slightly mismatched pair available, with one box being more honey colored and the other being the color of the blond pair in the last picture below. The blonde set in that last picture is available.
The Perdomo Pair is offered at
$55 SOLD depending on your interior choices, plus actual shipping cost. If you are interested, please click here to email me and include your location so that I can provide a shipping cost quote.
The Perdomo Epicure was sold in this box for Christmas, 2012. It’s a small box, measuring just 5 3/4″ wide by 7″ front to back by 1 1/2″ deep. Though it is a cigar box, the logo in gold and black is tastefully done and does not shout CIGAR!
The Epicure will hold six pens up to 6 inches long. Each pen sits in its individual suede cloth lined compartment, ready for use, but protected from the other pens in the box.
This would make a very good box for your desk to hold your regular rotation of pens.
The box pictured, lined in red, is for a friend, but I have one more and can do it in the color of your choice.
The Epicure is priced at
$25 plus shipping. SOLD If you are interested, please CLICK HERE to email me and include your location for a shipping cost quote.

Here’s something I’ve never tried before – a box for a single pen. Use it to keep that main pen safe on your desk. Use it as a presentation box. Use it as a display box. Whatever you choose, it is different. The Edicion de Silvio originally held a single limited edition cigar, and almost always those who purchased such a cigar took the box with them from the shop. So, these boxes are relatively rare in any quantity. Continue reading
Here is a pair of near-twin boxes suitable for ink storage (including Noodler’s) and ready to look good on your desk. These are from Perdomo – who make about the best of all cigar boxes – and one is blond with mahogany accents and the other is just the opposite, mahogany with lighter accents. Continue reading
