SOLD: Another Large and Good-Looking Ink Box

I found another of the honey colored boxes from Christian Luis Eiroa Cigars which make a very nice and attractive container for your ink bottles.

The exterior of the box retains its factory finish – a honey tan with black logos.  Inside, I have varnished the formerly raw wood surfaces for a smooth finish and added black felt lining on the sides and bottom so that bottles are not prone to sliding around when the box is moved.  On the bottom of the box I’ve added foam “feet” to protect your surfaces.

The box measures 8 1/4″ by 6″ by 3″ inside.  I suggest that you measure your ink bottles to be sure they will fit (tall Noodler’s bottles will not fit).  The exterior dimensions are 8 5/8″ by 6 1/2″ by 3 3/4″

SOLD: A Four Pen Box for Esterbrooks and Other Smaller Pens

Eiroa makes really nice boxes in a variety of sizes.  This one is about their smallest, measuring just 6″ by 4 3/4″ by 2 1/2″ deep on the outside.  It has an unusual lift-off lid.

Inside, it is just large enough for four pens measuring up to 5 1/8″ long – think Esterbrooks for sure, and a number of other pens that you may not have thought of as “small.”  See the picture below with pens in the box – one of them is a Sheaffer Triumph Sentinel, and it fits in nicely.

I have stained the inside of the box with a dark walnut stain to make it compatible with the dark colored exterior.  The inside of the lid, the bottom of the interior, and the four pen slots are all lined with burgundy microsuede cloth to cradle your pens.
